EDITOR'S DEEP TAKE

A web interface for Docker and Kubernetes that makes containers, volumes, networks and logs visible and manageable without memorising CLI flags. For a home server or small team it removes the barrier that stops people maintaining their own infrastructure. Deploys as a container itself, in about a minute. Zlib licence, TypeScript. Two honest points. It requires access to the Docker socket, which is effectively root on the host, so exposing it to the internet without care is a serious risk. And the community edition holds back RBAC and registry management for the business tier, which you notice once more than one person uses it.

Use this if

You run Docker on a home server or small team box and want a visual way to manage and debug it.

Skip if

You are comfortable with the Docker CLI, or you need role-based access without paying for the business edition.
